Information on your labels:

What are the labels made of, what can I apply them to and how long will they last?

Our labels are made of semi-permanent high and premium quality vinyl.  The vinyl adheres to almost all smooth and clean surfaces like glass, plastic, metal and certain types of wood.  They are waterproof, except on certain types of plastic (we do however, suggest that you only wipe with a damp cloth to avoid peeling, especially on fonts with fine lettering and tails).  Labels are NOT dishwasher safe.  Vinyl will not stick to raw wood, fabric and rough surfaces.  Your labels are water proof 24 hours after application.  

The vinyl we use will last between 5-8 years, if cared for as directed.

Are the labels easy to apply?

Your labels will come with detailed instructions on how to adhere them to your containers.  Just follow the instructions step by step, and you should be fine.  We include two "test" labels with your order so that you can practice.   It you get it wrong the first time, you must just remove the label and give it a second shot.   PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU APPLY YOUR LABELS WITHIN A WEEK OF RECEIVING THEM, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT APPLY EASILY.   The labels are removable, but not reusable.  

Please follow the instructions carefully as we are not responsible for damage to the labels or your containers should you not adhere them correctly.

What size will my labels be?

Due to the variety of fonts available, it is very difficult to provide specific measurements for each label.  We therefore provide a guide under our product descriptions.  

Please make sure you measure your containers before ordering to ensure that the labels will fit. The sizes are estimates only and the actual size will vary depending on the font type. Please note that the labels will be cut in the same font size for the type of product.  E.g. If you order pantry labels, they will all be in the same font and font size, unless you advise differently.
   
If you are ordering labelled containers from us, we will use our discretion to determine what size will work best for the container, unless you advise otherwise.  
If you want to specify your maximum size, please add that to the Notes to Seller box, e.g.  Shampoo - Max 8cm

Do you have more fonts available?
Yes, we do.  If yo have a specific font in mind that we do not have on our font list, please advise in the Notes to Seller box which font you would like and we will do our best to find it or something as close to it as possible.  If we are unable to find it, you will need to select another available font.   

Information on ordering

How do I let you know which labels I want?

You simply add your list of labels in the Notes to Seller box.  When listing your labels, please enter each label on a separate line by pressing "Enter".  Do not add commas, full stops, etc.  Maximum number of words per label is three, e.g. Self Raising Flour or Bicarbonate of Soda

Please type the words exactly as you want them cut, i.e if you write them in CAPS, they will be cut in CAPS.  If the first letter is a small letter, it will be cut as such.  Please check your spelling.  We will correct obvious errors, but we do not take responsibility for spelling errors.

Can I amend or add to my order once placed?

Orders are final once you checkout.  If you want to add or amend your order, please e-mail us on orders@organistry.co.za

What is your return and exchange policy?

When buying, please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you change your mind.  In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty, please email us on info@organistry.co.za
